Theory and composition major at Ithaca College in the early 1960s. Taught solfeggio at the American Boychoir in the 1990s, score analysis and composition at Drew Summer Music chamber music program, Stylistic Analysis at Drew University, theory and composition at the New Jersey Governor's School of the Arts; harpsichordist with the Virtuoso Strings of New York, conductor for Jersey Lyric Opera and New Jersey Ballet. Classical Music reviewer for the Star-Ledger (Newark, NJ) from 1986-1996. Composer: most recent is "Eight Epigrams" for viola and guitar, premiered by Duo Fresco on February 17. 2007. "An Arch of Miniatures" is on New American Masters, part 1, an Albany Records CD by the Palisades Virtuosi. Other works upon request. Co-editor of chamber music of Robert Russell Bennett, to be published by Maurice River Press.
